This course is suitable for absolute beginners, people who want to refresh their knowledge of the basics of the practice, or students who wish to have a slower but still dynamic type of yoga class.

In these sessions, you will be taught a mixture of both flowing and static poses. You will explore a peak pose with variations in each class, enabling you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. The aim of these sessions is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways. Each class incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.

Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (if you need to borrow a mat please let me know)
1 blanket (optional to keep warm for the relaxation)

Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for pregnant people or students with major injuries or health conditions.
