Personalised tuition for Yoga students

One to one Yoga classes are the best way for beginners to start practicing and for experienced Yogis to dive deeper into their practice.

Private sessions enable me to give you my undivided attention so that I’m creating a bespoke practice made just for you. Together we will find ways for you to move your body with more ease, find more stillness in your mind and learn how to rest deeply to let go of stress. One to one classes are accessible to everyone regardless of physical capabilities or limitations.

If you are new to practicing Yoga with me, please book in for a FREE of charge 15 minute telephone consultation. You can ask me questions about what I teach, and we will discuss your needs and what you want to get out of the sessions. There is no commitment to book in for a class after this call. It’s a good way for you to find out if you’d like to practice with me.

Book a 4-session block of one-to-one tuition. Sessions will take place either at my home in Marple Bridge, or your home if you live locally.

 

 

With my private yoga classes I can tailor it to your abilities, while you get to focus on your specific areas of interest.

 

Booking

  • If booking a block of four classes from my home, I will email you to find out what days and times work for you so that we can arrange our appointments.

  • If you wish for me to come to your home to teach you, please email me to see if we can work out a different day, time or venue. My fee will increase depending on how far away you live to cover my commuting and petrol costs.

  • You also need to give me at least 24 hours notice if you wish to book a class last minute, eg. by 10am the day before you want to come to a session.

New students

If you are new to practicing with me, you’ll need to book a block of 4 sessions as a minimum costing £320 including a free 15 minute initial consultation call to find out what you want to work on.

How it works

After a free initial discussion, I will plan a trial class according to your requirements. If you have practiced with me before, you can take a one-off private class to work on something specific with me. If you are new to yoga or to my teaching, then after the first evaluation session, I will be able to design a series of classes to maximise your progression.
