  • Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. For example you might like to wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms. Socks and jumpers are optional for more gentle classes to keep warm. There’s no need to wear trainers as yoga is practiced bare foot.

  • For best hygiene it’s better to bring your own mat. However, I do have free of charge mats available to be borrowed.

  • Currently my classes are a blend of both flowing and static held poses. I focus on teaching students to become more aware of their natural breath, which supports them in their postures. I want everyone to feel great about their bodies. We’re all unique and that’s what makes us interesting! I especially enjoy teaching the relaxation sessions at the end of each class, to give students a chance to experience a state of calm and peace that we often don’t feel in our everyday lives.

  • All classes are pre-book so that I can cap numbers to keep everyone comfortable within the hall. If you’d like to join any of my classes, just book on via the class page. Or drop me an email at: hello@janinekelly.co.uk to be added to a waiting list. People on my mailing list get priority booking.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins so that you can take off your shoes and coat and get settled on your mat, ready for the class to start. Please don’t arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before the class begins as I’ll be cleaning the room and getting all the kit ready.

  • Each class or course has the price listed on the individual booking page. Please see my fee page for a more detailed explanation of my sliding scale payment system.

  • Please see my cancellations policy for more information.

  • If you'd like to practice with me from your own home, one - one via Zoom, please find out more about getting started online.
