This class is suitable for people with 6 months plus previous Yoga experience who have a good basic level of fitness as elements of each session will be physically challenging.

In this class, you will be taught both flowing and static poses. You will build up to a more flowing sequence over the duration of the course enabling you to develop more strength, flexibility and resilience.

The aim of this class is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways. Each session incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.

Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (if you need to borrow a mat please let me know)
1 blanket

Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for people who are pregnant, or students with major injuries or health conditions.
