This class is suitable for everyone. It is a slow, flowing class that both beginners and people with some yoga experience will enjoy.

In this class, I will teach you; yoga postures relaxation and breathing techniques. You will learn how to hold a series of poses to improve your strength as well as the techniques for gently flowing through a sequence of postures to improve coordination. 

Regular attendance will enable you to build strength and flexibility, whilst learning to be more embodied and less stressed.

Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (you can borrow a mat from me if needed)
1 blanket (this is optional to keep you warm for the relaxation)

Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for pregnant people or students with major injuries or health conditions.
