This course is suitable for people with 6 months plus previous Yoga experience who have a good basic level of fitness as elements of each session will be physically challenging.
You will be taught both flowing and static poses. You will look at different postures each week to explore variations of movement. This will enable you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. The aim of this course is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways. Each session incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.
Useful equipment to bring:
1 yoga mat (you can borrow one if needed)
1 blanket
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for beginners, people who are pregnant, or who have major injuries or health conditions.
