It’s really important to find the right Yoga class for you. This will depend on your previous experience… are you a beginner or have you done lots of flowing Yoga before? Good to know...

In-Person Classes and Courses

If you are joining an in-person class, you need to bring your own mat and turn up 5 minutes before your class is due to begin.

Clothing

My advice is to wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may wish to have socks and jumper on hand to put on during the relaxation at the end of class.

Ability to Participate 

Whilst my classes are suitable for most ages and abilities, you need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted to attend. If you have any injuries, illness or health conditions, you should always inform me before the class begins. My classes are not suitable for pregnant students.

Online-Classes

When you book an online class, you will be provided with a link to watch me instructing you live at the time of the class. You can view this on any suitable device (eg. Smart Phone, iPad, or computer). You will need space to practice and be able to view the device comfortably.
